Your tasks:
As a mechatronics technician, you make sure that industrial machines and systems run like clockwork. Mechatronics technicians deal with mechanical and electronic components, build complex mechatronic systems from them and network them using modern programming software. They keep our machines and systems running or bring robots to life. During your training, you'll learn to analyze equipment for faults, maintain and optimize production systems, and ensure high quality in the process. This includes the assembly, commissioning and maintenance of machines as well as the analysis, testing and documentation of electrical equipment and mechatronic systems.

Your tasks:
During your training as an industrial mechanic, you will learn how machines work, what goes wrong when they don't work and how to get them working again. When it comes to inspection, maintenance and repair, you'll always be right up close to the really big machines and systems, and you'll always be at the forefront. You will learn how to manufacture mechanical parts, for example, manual and mechanical machining, welding and brazing. When you've finished your training with us, you'll know all about control engineering basics and can recite terms such as pneumatic, electropneumatic and hydraulic controls in your sleep and know how and when to use them.

In your training as a machine and plant operator (focus on metal and plastics technology) you will become a cable professional! You will learn about all of our materials, their properties, uses and processing options and manufacture electrical cables, conductors and wires of all kinds. Your other tasks include setting up machines, performing special tasks and monitoring the entire manufacturing process such as stranding, braiding and extruding through to the finished cable.

Your tasks:
During your training, you will learn what is important in logistics. You will gain a deep insight into all logistical procedures and processes from goods receipt to shipping. You will assemble the products for transport to the customer and load the trucks in compliance with load securing, hazardous goods regulations and customs regulations. At regular intervals you check the stock and carry out inventories. The recording of goods and bookings in the merchandise management system is also part of your duties. To further develop your skills, you will take part in training courses and exciting trainee projects.

Your clothes are designed by fashion designers, but have you ever wondered who takes care of the appearance of larger machines? As a technical product designer specializing in machine and plant design, you will design and construct components and assemblies, create technical documents and design components suitable for material production and assembly. With a combination of creativity and technical understanding, you will conceptualize, design and work on technical products using state-of-the-art 3D drawing programs and also be involved in the implementation of design processes.
