How I came to BizLink

I got to know BizLink at a training fair and then applied for an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk. I was then able to complete this training at BizLink. I was particularly pleased when I was taken on in my desired department after my training. The opportunities here at BizLink are extremely good.

What I do at BizLink:

I work at BizLink in the internal sales department of the Automation & Drives Business Unit.

What challenges do I face in my everyday work and what are my superpowers that I can use to overcome them:

One challenge for me is meeting customers who are difficult to convince or with whom it is difficult to build a good customer relationship. To overcome this challenge, it is important to listen to the customer's needs, build trust and offer solutions. My superpower here is that I am communicative and I care about finding a mutually satisfying solution.

What motivates me:

I am particularly motivated when sales are closed and our customers express their satisfaction. Experiences of success in my everyday life always give me a new incentive.

What are essential gadgets:

My essential gadget in sales is Salesforce, our customer relationship management system.

What I do outside of BizLink:

In my free time I spend a lot of time with my horse Sock and my dog Clinton. I am an absolute family man and at least once a week we meet from the girls clique and exchange the latest gossip.
