How I came to BizLink

I have now been with BizLink (previously LEONI) for 9 years and was looking for a new challenge at the time. I found it here.

What I do at BizLink:

I work as a Strategic Buyer at BizLink at the Friesoythe site, where my responsibilities include supplier management, market monitoring and price negotiations.

What challenges do I face in my everyday work and what are my superpowers that I can use to overcome them:

Ensuring that all materials are in the right place at the right time is probably the biggest daily challenge. I am the problem solver when it comes to purchasing raw materials.

What motivates me:

I am motivated when I can work independently and contribute my own ideas.

What are essential gadgets:

The best "gadget" is the home office. I work from home for about half of my working hours.

What I do outside of BizLink:

Either I am on the road with the motorcycle or spend my free time with the family and our dog or friends. Otherwise, I am active in archery and go diving very much. Last time I was diving in Oman, unfortunately that was a bit longer ago. However, I can recommend this to everyone.
