• Where others run out, we run in... serving others in various volunteer positions is my balance to work.

How I came to BizLink

I started at LEONI in 2020 and then came to BizLink through the carve out.

What I do at BizLink:

I am responsible for the operation and further development of the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 NAV/BC. In addition, I am also the deputy chairman of the works council for the interests of my colleagues.

What challenges do I face in my everyday work and what are my superpowers that I can use to overcome them:

The problems of my colleagues with NAV/BC or to work out and implement the requirements. Often, empathy is required here, when the computer does not like as desired.

What motivates me:

Everything will be all right in the end, and if it's not all right yet, it's not the end.

What are essential gadgets:

My headset because of all the meetings and phone calls.

What I do outside of BizLink:

In my free time, I play the piano and trumpet in addition to my involvement with the fire department and St. John's Ambulance. Together with my family, I take advantage of the opportunities offered by the Franconian Lake District around Roth.
